At AETHAR Digital Infrastructure ("AETHAR", "we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our clients and their respective customers. This policy applies to all systems, CRM deployments, and web properties managed by AETHAR.
We collect data necessary to deploy and maintain digital infrastructure for our clients. This includes contact information (name, email, phone number) provided during consultations and meta-data regarding site usage.
You own your data. All leads, customer lists, and CRM data captured through the infrastructure we build belong 100% to you. We act strictly as a data processor and infrastructure provider. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your lead data to third parties.
By engaging AETHAR to build your digital infrastructure, you agree to the following terms:
AETHAR provides bespoke web development, CRM integration, automated booking systems, and Meta ad management as per the selected tier (Launch, Growth, Full Stack, or Whale).
For the 'Launch' tier, fees are calculated strictly as 20% of the total monthly Meta ad spend. For all other tiers, flat monthly recurring fees apply and are billed automatically. Failure to process payment may result in temporary suspension of infrastructure access.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, access to proprietary AETHAR CRM dashboards will be revoked, but client data can be exported beforehand.
